awarded Forest Cottages a 4 star grading for all cottages

at the Forest. Holly Cottage is furnished to the same standard

as our these cottages but has not been

formerly graded by Visit Wales.

The Forest is delighted to have provided accommodation for Clare Balding and her TV crew during the filming of Britain by Bike - The Welsh Marches. Clare followed the wheel tracks of compulsive cyclist and author Harold Briercliffe whose evocative guide books of the late 1940s lovingly describe by-passed Britain - a world of unspoiled villages, cycle touring clubs and sunny B roads.
